We can't provide and don't require insurance, but we strongly recommend you insure your stored goods. Your stored property may be covered by your homeowner's or renter's insurance. We can also refer you to an independent insurance carrier specializing in self-storage coverage.

No. When you sign your rental agreement, you will receive a unique security gate code that will give you site access during normal business hours.

Yes, we sell an assortment of boxes, packing materials and we sell heavy-duty locks.

Yes, you are welcome to use our flatbed hand carts.

You may pay in person, by mail or phone, or online through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted each month from your debit or credit card.

7 days written notice prior to the expiration of any month of occupancy is required to move out. In addition, rent is strictly month-to-month; we do not prorate or refund rent in the month in which the tenant vacates.
